Welcome to my website

The paintings on the gallery page have been painted to reflect on past trips to Cornwall and North Norfolk.  I am greatly inspired by the different landscapes, open spaces, beautiful beaches and large, ever changing skies.  

I have, with much of the work, experimented with many techniques and mixtures of paints.  To get the finish I want I mix acrylic with other pigments to get the thickness of paint that I like to  work with.  I hope you can get an impression from the photographs of the textures I can achieve.

It has always been a joy to paint for me, and I hope my passion shows through the paintings.

I always get asked about the low prices of my work but I am a great believer that original art should be available for everyone to enjoy.
